Ask Congress Why They’re Obstructing Justice for 9/11

Watch our “Fight Fear” video!

A federal court in Manhattan convicted and sentenced Ahmed Ghailani, a former Guantanamo detainee, to life in prison.

And yet, Congress has blocked all transfers of Guantanamo detainees to the United States—including for trial.

Federal courts have convicted more suspected terrorists than military commissions (over 400 vs. 5). Federal trials have done it more quickly. With stiffer sentences.

Tell your member of Congress that our courts are capable of handling Guantanamo cases. And ask that they reverse this legislation or let it expire.
